I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and good linen, large French windows, and huge beds. Everything was lovely, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries. The service was outstanding, with staff being very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, ideal for a city break, and right in the heart of everything. The dining experience was yum yum with lots of options for everyone. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

On the downside, there were issues with contaminated water in the bathroom on two days and it can get very crowded. The location is ideal for exploring the center and accessing nearby shops and restaurants, but it may be a little past its prime. The dining experience was slightly crowded, and the offerings were just mediocre compared to other spots on the island.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had a balcony with great views, although on the north side with no sun, they were warm enough even during cool February nights. The size of the room was good, and the bathroom had a great shower. The service was very helpful, especially the lady at the reception, although I wish they were a bit more attentive. The location was ideal, close to all the city sights and restaurants, and the 360-degree views over Palma city and bay were amazing at sunset. The dining experience was fantastic with one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had, but there was some noise disturbance like constant drilling. Overall, a great value for money hotel.
